Industrial LED light, so-called dust trap, which thanks to its design is protected against the ingress of dirt, dust and moisture in accordance with the degree of protection IP 65. The use of the light is thus possible in a damp and dusty environment (but not directly exposed to the weather).
This variant of the AMT LED dust seal has increased resistance to ambient temperature up to 60°C! Thanks to this, this light is intended for industrial operations with a particularly high temperature.
The body is made of non-flammable polyester filled with glass fibers in which a silicone-based foam seal is created to ensure coverage.The diffuser can be selected from PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), which is suitable for use in ordinary industry, or PC (polycarbonate) with higher mechanical and chemical resistance. The diffuser is attached to the lamp using stainless steel clips, which are included in the package. For assembly, we strongly recommend using the included stainless steel clips and not screwing the light through the body directly into the ceiling!
The lamp uses components from renowned manufacturers, such as Cree or Samsung LED chips and a power supply from the Finnish manufacturer Helvar. On order, the lamp can be equipped with LEDs with a higher color rendering index CRI > 90.
Upon request, the luminaires can be manufactured in a variant with a variable color temperature (tunable white) with DALI 2 control. Standard DALI variants can be equipped with a Casambi unit, thanks to which the luminaire can be controlled and dimmed via a mobile application.
Luminaires can be equipped with a continuous connection with two terminal blocks, either 1 phase, 1 phase DALI, 1 phase with NZ, 1 phase with NZ and DALI or 3 phase (must be specified in the order).
